A new Azeri translation of Gene Sharp's crucial work, From Dictatorship to Democracy, has been released.
Originally published in 1993 in Thailand for distribution among Burmese dissidents, From Dictatorship to Democracy has since spread to several parts of the world. It is a serious introduction to the use of nonviolent action to topple dictatorships. Azeri is one of seventeen different languages that this work appears in.
